Shipping Locations
Orders are primarily shipped in locations within South Africa, depending on product availability, some items may be dispatched from alternative locations within South Africa.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of R110.00 applies to all orders.
All deliveries are door-to-door via trusted courier services.

Order Processing Time

Once your payment has been successfully received, your order will be processed within 2–4 business days.
All items go through a quality check before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Domestic (South Africa):
  Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping:
  Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

We partner with reliable courier companies, including:
Courier It, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Fastway, Dawn Wing, RAM, Aramex, and SNN Couriers.
